Do I need my own vehicle?

Yes. You ride your own or a leased two-wheeler, with a valid licence and registration in your name or on the lease.

How much will I earn?

Earnings vary by orders completed, distance covered and the incentives live in your zone, so haaat does not publish a fixed figure. The app shows what each order pays before you accept it.

When do payouts happen?

Weekly, to the bank account you add during signup. Every completed order and incentive is itemised in the app.

Is there a joining fee?

No. Signup, verification and onboarding are free.

Can I choose my hours?

Yes. Go online and offline whenever you want; there is no fixed shift and no minimum hours.

What if my documents are rejected?

The app tells you which document failed and why, and you can re-upload it. Partner support can walk you through it.
